Last time I have showed one copy. They have asked for the second one which I did not take with me.
The POE officer said that USCIS normally sends two copies one for the applicant and one for POE to retain as a proof of entry.
They also said it is ok if we don't take the second one with us.
They just took a copy of the first one and kept it for their records.

Sometime the RFE does not apper on case .
Attrorney might have got it and replied
This means they have recived your Evidence and the processing has been resume. I donot know if you are victim of A#. Same A# assigned to more than one application(I read it somewhere)

My and My Spouse I-485 & FP, EAD and AP all checks cleared yesterday and I found the Receipt Number on Back of the Cleared Checks. But when I check the status on the USCIS System. It says check the receipt Number. Is any one face this type of problem....? Please advice. Thank you.

The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently updated their list of Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) approved schools (http://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf/ApprovedSchools.pdf). The schools listed have all been certified to participate in the program.
The program allows foreign students interested in obtaining an education in the United States to complete a visa petition, pay the required fee, and attend a U.S. College or University.
Interested Foreign students: There is a process in obtaining a student visa, but it is not a difficult one. The student must first obtain Form I-20 from the U.S. College or University from which he/she intends to enroll, pay the required visa fee (Form I-901) and contact a local U.S. Consulate/Embassy to schedule an interview. The SEVP procedures differ among U.S. Consulates/Embassies; contact your U.S. Consulate/Embassy NOW to determine its particular procedure on applying for a visa before planning for the interview.
Interested Schools: There is a separate process to obtain F & M Certification. Authorized school officials must obtain and complete Form I-17. An overview of the SEVP Certification process can be found on the ICE website . If approved, the school will be certified and allowed to issue Form I-20 to qualifying foreign students.

1..I would like to know if an employer revokes 140, and if the AC21 is not submitted at the time of NOID...how many days are given by USCIS?
Is it 30 days?
2..If I go to another emplyer and try to do interfile, still I need to file AC21?
And if the new category is EB2(my old application is EB3), still is that ok?
For eg..EB3 title is system analyst, and if I want to go for Eb2 then which could be more apprepriate..?Senior SYSTEM ANALYST

On Sept. 14, President Bush signed the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007, an ethics and lobbying reform bill, which enforces a number of new restrictions.

Any idea with whats going on with TSC Processing times, my PD is current Nov' 2003, however do not see any movement in the processing times, 485 applied on Aug 7, 007, any idea when they will publish the new processing times? Any way we can know where we are in the 485 proccess?

Attorney is correct, when the requirement is Bachelor+5yr means Bachelors should be 4yr degree, Remember there is a big difference between Bachelors degree vs Bachelor degree equivalent;)
